I’m disappointed

Trying to put the cover on was a mission, but I got there in the end, I then noticed that the cover was rusting and I haven’t even had it less than a week. I contacted the people about it, they told me to ship it back, if I wanted a refund. Unfortunately I couldn’t do that, as I didn’t have the original box, and none of the shipping companies would ship it if I put two boxes together to make it fit. I would have had to spend more money on cover. (Someone was able to get in contact with me) after emailing them, they told me that they would ship some stuff to stop the rust. To only find out when receiving that it’s just stickers. I could’ve just purchased these stickers myself from Officeworks.
It’s probably been a month or a month in a half since I’ve purchased this item yet I’m still unable to close my tub cover. I’m just so disappointed in the item and I’m just disappointed in the company for taking their time in replying to me.

Happy with the tonneau , looks good and keeps the weather out , never used a clip on one before so only trouble l have with it is its not as easy to clip on as the old-school type elastic loop type l am used to. But I'm an old fella to .;)

I purchased the tonneau cover to replace the damaged original one that came with the vehicle. Upon receiving the cover, I was disappointed to find that it didn't fit the rails on the Ute. Following the instructions, I installed it, but it still didn't fit properly. Despite using silicone spray and great effort to clip it onto the rails, the cover doesn't stay in place and is impossible to fit properly. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and unhappy.

this company should not be allowed to trade in this country . the toneau took weeks to be delivered to me and when it did come it was the wrong size did not fit way to big now i have to spend a further $200 dollares to get it cut and stitched up to fit my car . i received very little help from this company
