Before you buy

How does the cover attach to my ute?

It attaches via a continuous shock cord rope that is hooked over buttons riveted to the outside of the ute tub.

Can I carry loads that stick out past the tailgate?

Yes. One or more sections of the cover can be left unhooked, which gives you great flexibility when carrying loads that protrude from the rear of the tub.

How do I get full access to the tub?

The cover can be removed in less than 30 seconds for complete access to the tub. Putting it back on is just as easy.

Will water pool on the cover?

No. A zinc plated steel support bar keeps the cover tight and stops water pooling.

Ease of purchase, quick delivery, ease of installation all very good. Product is strong and easy to use. However would be handy if the bungee rope was pre-installed in the tonneau and the end loops already made and crimped.

Good product, installation was easy and simple
But I did not follow the directions exactly. I didn’t want to drill holes into the side of the bed so I found other ways to secure the rope.

Hilux rear tray cover

Great & could have done with say another 1 inch of fabric to get fully over & down the corners. Also the thickness of the material was not quite as thick as the original cover.
