Do I have to drill holes to fit this cover?

There's no external drilling of the body required. Depending on your model, the cover either suits the existing factory clip on rails or comes with low-profile aluminium extrusions that rivet inside the tub.

How do I get full access to the tub?

The cover is easily removed in seconds, without any tools, providing 100% tub access.

Can I still carry oversized loads with the cover on?

Yes. There's an integrated concealed oversized load hooks system — a hidden bungee cord setup that gives you extra flexibility when you need it.

Extremely hard to fit

When soft in summer it fits but hard to close in winter it's almost impossible to close to the point where trying to close its that hard the section at front kept coming off making it even harder to fit

Navara D40 cover

It is quick and easy but not overly happy with how it attaches to the front of the tray. Would have better to have an additional aluminium rail.

Great cover but it did not fit the back of the Ute with the sports bars on it. The holes were a bit out and so we had to remove the sports bars. It also does not stay secure at the front end of the tray by the cab. Would have preferred one that clipped to the clips on the ute itself but we have made do.
