Worst cover ive used and support just said “oh yeh its not as we pictured it in the instructions”

As for the pull tabs, our tonneau covers unfortunately don’t come with the pull tabs. The images you saw in the fitting instructions were generic images which we are working on removing and appreciate you bringing this to our attention so that we can improve our illustrations for future customers.

Not happy with the tonneau cover, instruction not very clear and I can not get it to fit the rear end so it does not stay on.

I purchased a Tonneau Cover- D40 Navara, it took 3 weeks to be delivered to me from Melbourne. I received parcels from the US faster. When I contacted the company directly, no reply for days. Got told it was with courier company and out of their control. Didn't want to help me.

I purchased a clip on tonneau cover for my husbands Nissan Navara for christmas 2024.
The product is great, relatively simple to install and a great price.
The only negative I have is the courier which this company uses.
The company was ARAMEX and the service was poor. They sent a notification to say the package was being delivered, but apparently this is only a guide and it is a notification to say that the item would be delivered within 48 hrs.
I then received a notification to say it had been delivered to my workplace, however nobody at reception received the package and therefore I had to hunt around the building for it. The courier had been to our business at the time but delivered a parcel to someone else.
I tried to call the company a number of times but was placed on hold for quite a long time. I sent an email and late that afternoon finally received a brief message to say the driver would rectify it that day. Poor service in my opinion.
Hopefully Aussie Tonneaus will reconsider an alternative courier in the future.
Easy to install. Good Quality.
I was so happy to be told that I was going to get a replacement tonneau cover. I was shocked to find out that thay would be sending it on the Monday witch was on a Friday. But by Friday night I had a text with a tracking number. 4 days later it turns up at my door and now I have fitted it I couldn't be happy so thank you guys for helping me so quick. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thanks agen.
PrI s: Overall, the service was good, prompt delivery.
Cons:
Tonneau is too long, won't pull tight & therefore sags.
As it is too long, it becomes unclipped whilst travelling.
Support rail was inadequate - I reverted to original that came with vehicle.
I am currently working on amendments to rear clip on section in order to make it overhang tailgate, thus pulling tarp tighter.

The quality is good,,easy to fit, fair price. We are happy with this product.
I fit mine to a Thai built 2013 Navara. Easy instructions and good quality materials.
The tonneau was a little long, maybe 2cm shorter and it would have fit snug.
I would recommend adding another support bar to prevent water pooling on the cover and space them evenly apart.
The tail gate snap rail fouls on the manufacturers inner tail gate trim hardware, so I had to modify to fit flat.
I'm very happy with my purchase , it arrived quick , it took me a little while to fit but this was because of my unusual sportsbar , if I had 1 issue it would be where the crossbar goes could do with double layer 👍
