Do I have to drill holes to fit this cover?

There's no external drilling of the body required. Depending on your model, the cover either suits the existing factory clip on rails or comes with low-profile aluminium extrusions that rivet inside the tub.

How do I get full access to the tub?

The cover is easily removed in seconds, without any tools, providing 100% tub access.

Can I still carry oversized loads with the cover on?

Yes. There's an integrated concealed oversized load hooks system — a hidden bungee cord setup that gives you extra flexibility when you need it.

Does not fit correctly

I have an LDV T60 Mega Tub with the factory chrome sports bar. The product was relatively easy to install and it looks good. However, it did not fit properly as the holes in the sides that go around the sports bars did not line up correctly - they were about 1-2cm too far forward towards the cab. I had to spend an extra $60 purchasing a wide strip of aluminium so I could then rivet this to the front of the tub first which allowed me to then position the cover further back from the cab. Once I did that, the holes lined up perfectly.
Not sure if I would recommend the product for this reason.
And it took something like 3-4 weeks to come from Melbourne to Brisbane. I ordered a parcel from the USA at the same time and it arrived two weeks before this Tonneau cover did?

The material used is not a heavy duty tarp vinyl as I have had before.
