Do I have to drill holes to fit this cover?

There's no external drilling of the body required. Depending on your model, the cover either suits the existing factory clip on rails or comes with low-profile aluminium extrusions that rivet inside the tub.

How do I get full access to the tub?

The cover is easily removed in seconds, without any tools, providing 100% tub access.

Can I still carry oversized loads with the cover on?

Yes. There's an integrated concealed oversized load hooks system — a hidden bungee cord setup that gives you extra flexibility when you need it.

Cover is excellent quality indeed

Felt the original rivets supplied were a little too Small so upsized to 4:8 mm rivets

Also found fitting instructions slightly confusing especially with the soft template supplied and how to use it!

Otherwise absolutely no complaints at all !!

It looks great and gives my Ute the complete look that it lacks before

This is exactly what we were looking for. A Youtube/video link to a 'how to' install would have been helpful. Also a list of extra tools required to install would have been good too.

Also better translation of instructions would have helped as well.
We did manage. Mother and daughter team installing and didn't make any mistakes.
Fits like a glove.
We did have washers left over and there was nowhere on the instructions as to where they were supposed to go.
Overall, the tonneau cover is excellent quality (so far). Have only just installed it. Can't say whether it's going to stretch or not. But it seems, at this point, that it won't.
I like the fact that there are no ugly cords. Aesthetically pleasing.
Would definitely recommend. Though be prepared that it is not a five minute install when you have to put everything on. It took us about 3 hours all up and one broken drill bit. Drilling into metal isn't as easy as it seems. Use good quality tools.
