My tub has a liner fitted, will this cover fit?

An under rail liner that sits inside the tub is fine. An over rail liner that wraps up over the top edge will not suit.

I have factory sports bars or a headboard — will it fit?

Does not fit properly . Have had product for over a month. Thought I would give it a chance to stretch but still won't fit. Holes for sports bar about an inch out. Not happy

It was hard to assemble and wasn't a perfect fit. One side matched up and the other side didn't :(
