Clip On Tonneau Cover To Fit Toyota Hilux A Deck SR5 Dual Cab Fitted With Factory Sports Bars (April 2005 to September 2015)

The tonneau cover seems functional and the zippers decent. I have unfortunately found that it is too tight to accommodate the cage-gate hinges which are welded on the external side of the cage. External hinges add about 40mm length to the cage. My trailer is brand new and made in a factory to standard sizes. If the cover was 30mm longer it would have fitted. Therefore, the cover can not be used without a welder to modify the hinges.

Was overall a fairly easy experience - took about 2 hours to install. Slightly hard getting the clips the fold over the edges - but that was because of tightness. Pretty good fit on as well

Replacement Clip On Tonneau Cover To Fit Holden Colorado Dual Cab Fitted with Factory Sports Bars - Fits Genuine Hardware Only - (July 2012 to 2020)

Does not fit properly . Have had product for over a month. Thought I would give it a chance to stretch but still won't fit. Holes for sports bar about an inch out. Not happy

We have had so much trouble with this cover. We cannot get it to fit on all sides consistently. We tried without the factory sports bar and managed to get it to fit once with 1 hour of hot water being poured on while trying to stretch it. (hair dryer not successful) Once fitted we left on and parked car in sun for 2 weeks hoping it would stretch, it didn't. We have tried fitting with the sports bar, and it still doesn't fit properly. Currently keeping the back end clipped of and sliding things in and out of the tub, until I can afford a better solution. The quality seems really good, and it looks beautiful on, but unfortunately does not fit and cannot be used properly.

The Tonneau fits really well and covers the tray there are plenty of bungee hooks for retention

Installation instructions were not clear and parts did not fit to the vehicle as advertised, drill holes were not aligned very well.

The only problem was it was advertised as a precision cut for an extra snug fit. Well, as I explained to whoever at Aussie
Tonneaus, it is not a snug fit.

Great product for the price, had them before from these guys for other vehicles but this one is just a little short in length which was a little disappointing.

I was able to pop rivet my Bunjii Loop Tonneu cover steel rod to the headboard using some of the same points of my original.
With a little adjustment to the height of the steel runner, the Tonneu fit was about a 98%- and the cover was a tight sleek fit over the mid bar and Bunjii ties.
It was a really good purchase that made the Triton look smart again. I was impressed with how quick it was delivered to my rural Nz address also.

This fit my 2003 Ford Courier and came with two cross bars.
