Do I have to drill holes to fit this cover?

There's no external drilling of the body required. Depending on your model, the cover either suits the existing factory clip on rails or comes with low-profile aluminium extrusions that rivet inside the tub.

How do I get full access to the tub?

The cover is easily removed in seconds, without any tools, providing 100% tub access.

Can I still carry oversized loads with the cover on?

Yes. There's an integrated concealed oversized load hooks system — a hidden bungee cord setup that gives you extra flexibility when you need it.

**UPDATE**
Having left my review, the company reached out to me and sent me a new tonneau cover free of charge which is much better quality. I’ve added another star for their customer service team.

It’s not a bad product but the instructions weren’t clear unless you have previous knowledge of the fitting. The instructional videos on the website are for utes that have the back removed so it was a bit unclear on how to fit one that is attached. Also, the back clip isn’t the best quality, I need to wiggle a screwdriver into it to pull the clip level so that it fits.

After being given the wrong size to start with

After giving all the info, I was asked for I was sent the wrong size tonneau I had to pay for it to be returned at a cost to me it got lost on the return. I them had to pay extra $$ for the right size what should have been a couple of weeks ended up 4 weeks, wasn't happy at this point just about to tell Aussie Tonneau to forget about just send my $$ back when I received an email that it was on its way, at the end I was happy with tonneau
