Is your cover the same as my original cover?
No, we are an after-market supplier and therefore cannot copy OEM products, however our "Replacement Clip On" covers are compatible with your pre-existing OEM hardware. If you do have pre-existing hardware and are in any doubt that our cover will fit, please contact us before you order to verify if our cover is compatible.

How much is freight?
Shipping to most locations on the Australian mainland is free, however please double check your shipping charge when checking out as some of our heavier items may incur a freight charge.
Can I come and pick up my Cover?
As an online business our goods are shipped from a centralised distribution facility, consequently we are not able to offer a customer pick-up service.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days* after your payment has been cleared. Please note our products are shipped from Victoria and some items e.g. Mats, Clip-on covers, Tray covers etc, need to be shipped via road and therefore delivery can take up to 11 days, depending upon your location.
Can I return my cover if I change my mind, just don’t like it or I have ordered the wrong product?
You can return the cover to us as long as it is in its original condition. We may ask you why you want to return it as your feedback will allow us to further improve our systems and processes.
Why can’t I send my tonneau cover to post offices and PO boxes?
The couriers we use to send your goods can’t deliver to Australia Post-owned properties (this includes post offices, PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations) because Australia Post restricts delivery to these locations.
