Do I have to drill holes to fit this cover?

There's no external drilling of the body required. Depending on your model, the cover either suits the existing factory clip on rails or comes with low-profile aluminium extrusions that rivet inside the tub.

How do I get full access to the tub?

The cover is easily removed in seconds, without any tools, providing 100% tub access.

Can I still carry oversized loads with the cover on?

Yes. There's an integrated concealed oversized load hooks system — a hidden bungee cord setup that gives you extra flexibility when you need it.

My take on a replacement tonneau

The bars supplied with the tonneau were very high making it difficult to see in the revision mirror, I have retained the original bars. The plastic clip strip is difficult to clip in as the loops that carry the shock cord seem to prevent it locking in, the fit around the Sports Bar is excellent.

The material seems a little on the light side. compared to the original.
in my case all I needed was the cover and not the hoop bars or the aluminum bar at the cab.
i believe there should be some sort of padding to reduce wear on the paint work on the top edge of the tray as per the original this may assist in the clipping on.

Bryans VE Commodore ute

Needs to be a hot day to get it on . I did buy it in the winter in New Zealand. So have waited till it is a bit warmer. My only thing it could be made of a heavier material like the original one. It mit cost a little more but worth it.
