Do I have to drill holes to fit this cover?

There's no external drilling of the body required. Depending on your model, the cover either suits the existing factory clip on rails or comes with low-profile aluminium extrusions that rivet inside the tub.

How do I get full access to the tub?

The cover is easily removed in seconds, without any tools, providing 100% tub access.

Cannon Alpha PHEV Ultra

I purchasd the cover for cannon alpha Ultra PHEV with split tail gate. The item sold is not for ultra model. I had to modify a lot to fit them to my car. There are no other item in the market, so I bought this as I can modify something that is designed for a similar tray size. Unless ATC has specific cover, I will recommed to proceed with caution for PHEV both lux and ultra. No front L brackets supplied but can be sourced from Bunnings, but that changes the length of the cover after install. I had to fold and stitch to make it perfect. I am happy with the result.
