There's no external drilling of the body required. Depending on your model, the cover either suits the existing factory clip on rails or comes with low-profile aluminium extrusions that rivet inside the tub.

How do I get full access to the tub?

The cover is easily removed in seconds, without any tools, providing 100% tub access.

Can I still carry oversized loads with the cover on?

Yes. There's an integrated concealed oversized load hooks system — a hidden bungee cord setup that gives you extra flexibility when you need it.

Likes: Good quality and easy to install

Too short

Such a shame that this tonneau is about an inch too short at the tailgate. No matter how many times we tried to refit it, it just wouldn’t line up properly. The quality is good and it fits well everywhere else, but it doesn’t fully go over the tailgate, leaving a gap in the corners where water can get in.

Likes: Had an issue and Aussie Tonneau sorted it out without any hesitation.

FG TONNEAU

Cover fits well, but the rods provided don't clamp properly and fall apart whenever I pull the cover back. Then to put the rods back together and slide the cover over the top without the rod falling apart becomes a two person job. I had to get some one piece rods made and bent up locally.
