Can I come and pick up my item?

As an online business our goods are shipped from a centralised distribution facility, consequently we are not able to offer a customer pick-up service.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days* after your payment has been cleared. Please note our products are shipped from Victoria and some items e.g. Mats, Clip-on covers, Tray covers etc, need to be shipped via road and therefore delivery can take up to 11 days, depending upon your location.

*Note: Canopy covers currently take 15 business days to manufacture.

If you live in a remote area and have not received your item within 12 business days please contact us via email (sales@aussietonneaus.com.au) or via our online chat.

Great product

Considering the price this is a fabulous product. Keeps all my gear in the back dry and clean. Surprisingly very little dust leaks in.

I had to get a replacement part I broke and the team were very helpful.
